Will BlackBerry's bold handset move pay off? The company announced the odd shaped Passport and it is intriguing to say the least. At first glance it seems so crazy, but there is a chance BlackBerry could convince some people to use it simply because it is different.
This YouTube video walkthrough gives us a good idea of what the Passport is like to use. Everything looks fluid and smooth as you would expect from BlackBerry. The build quality looks great, but I have to question the keyboard. The three row keyboard looks like the weak point of the device. I would have to use it to make the final call, but at this point it sure seems like it is lacking.
The Passport will get BlackBerry's new Siri-like Voice Assistant when BB OS 10.3 debuts later this fall. Voice Assistant will be able to answer questions, set reminders, dictate messages, write tweets, search the Web, and read emails to you.
What do you think of the Passport? Are you interested in trying one, or is it just too different?
